Are you looking for a colorful painting to brighten up your home?
If so, head to the Mary Vincent Fine Art Gallery where you’ll find oils, acrylics, and watercolors by artists such as:
Born in Toronto, Carole Arnston graduated from the School of Architecture at the University of British Columbia. In the early 1990s, she became active in visual literacy and design education, and today, she creates paintings using her own style of lyrical abstraction. Carole takes influence from artists such as Georgia O’Keeffe and Joan Mitchell, and her joy of exploring the natural world inspires her work.
As a child, Maya Eventov developed her painting and drawing skills at an art school in Leningrad. She later worked as a children’s book illustrator before using her own technique that combines oil painting and etching on canvas. Maya’s works are rich in color and detail, and they reflect a sense of well-being and happiness.
Growing up, Michael Schofield thought he was going to play professional baseball. But that all changed during his sophomore year of high school when his art teacher recognized his artistic ability. After graduation, Michael joined the military, and later attended art school in Nashville. Using watercolors, he creates traditional landscapes, and his work is found in both private and corporate collections.
Amy Donaldson is known for her signature style that embodies both a sense of immediacy and freshness. As a native of Jacksonville, her favorite subject is Florida. The paintings of her home state burst with the bright light of a sparking Atlantic morning, and she makes them using tools other than traditional brushes.
